BECOMING
| BECOMING: Support for pregnant and parenting young women
A WSTC public health nurse and social worker assist young women (ages 12-23) who are pregnant, postpartum and/or parenting a baby. The goal is to help the client maintain her health and a stable outlook for the future. This is accomplished through a variety of services depending on the need of the individual client. A WSTC staff person can meet with a client in her home (see brochure), at school or another convenient site. Classes may be taught at various community locations. |
